Logistics and warehousing are functions within the supply chain of a business corporation. Warehousing is primarily focused on the safe storage of goods/products whereas logistics refers to storage and delivery of goods/products stored in a warehouse. Valiant Corporation personnel is fully equipped to identify, sort, and dispatch goods arriving at the warehouse.

Warehousing and stock management

  • Warehousing management is the processing, control, and optimization of warehouse operations with incoming inventory or storage until the goods are moved out/sold/consumed. It involves the control of inventory holding levels, management of current and future stock requirements maintenance of required service levels for customers, and downstream inventory.
  • Stock management refers to the flow of materials and organization within a warehouse. Allocating storage spaces, tracking inventory, organizing items, and goods movement systems.


Receiving goods and quality control

Authorized team members will check incoming items delivered to the business as a new stock/supplies or outgoing products. This includes the inspection and validation of the quality and quantity of incoming goods/products and allocating them to space in the warehouse.

Inventory control and management

Inventory control involves the management of stock once it arrives at the warehouse, planning for stock-outs, optimization of inventory in order to maximize benefits, pre-order reports and adjustments, cresting inventory lists and counts, and preventing the pile-up of dead stock in storage.

Cross Docking

Cross-docking is a logistics procedure in which goods/products from a supplier/manufacturer are directly distributed to a customer or a retail chain with little to no handling or storage time. This is often used while handling sensitive and perishable goods.

Warehouse shipping

Warehouse shipping is the final of the warehouse processes. The warehousing shipping process involves the confirmation of customer orders, generation of pick order by the warehouse management system, order pickup from inventory, and packing which concludes at shipping.


Order processing

Order processing involves the pickup, packaging, and delivery of goods to the specified location. It is the work-flow associated with the packaging and delivery of packed items to a shipping carrier. The carrier then processes the goods and delivers them to the client location.

Packaging and shipment of products

Packaging involves the use of technology to enclose and protect goods/products for distribution, storage, sale, and consumption. It also involves designing evaluating and producing packages, which are further sent for transport, warehousing, logistics, etc.

Invoicing and order administration

Invoicing and order administration ensures that all invoices are raised as per invoice instructions and in the correct period and are posted to the relevant clients. The invoice should include details about the order and shipping specifics, invoice number, date of delivery, and PO number.
